Cancellation Policy
The customer/guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within the 7 days before arrival, the customer/guest pays an amount equal to the total price minus the cleaning fee as a cancellation fee. With the cancellation of the booking, the customer/guest loses any right to use the premises during the originally booked period.
In the event of a no-show, the customer/guest pays an amount equal to the total price including the cleaning fee as a no-show fee.
In the event of a no-show, the customer/guest loses their right to use the apartment after 6:00 a.m. on the day after the originally booked day of arrival for the entire period of the booking.

For long-term stays (bookings of 30 consecutive nights or more), the customer/guest can cancel up to 14 days before arrival. Babies and toddlers up to the age of 3 stay with us for free. 

We are happy to provide a cot including bed linen and a high chair for a total of €10 per baby for the entire stay.

Minimum stay
The minimum stay for all our apartments is 2 nights within the upcoming 30 days. For bookings further away than 30 days the minimum stay is 4 nights.
